【supplementary [b]】Clear the unnecessary message

※This operation is optional.

The mails deleted in old KUMail(Mail Suite) during the transferring period might be existing in the new KUMail(Gmail).

We’ll introduce how to clear the groups of mails at once.

New KUMail(Gmail) has no limitation of capacity.

Therefore we recommend you to have a process of “archive” instead of “deleting” in clearing the mails in incoming tray.

※In archiving, the mails will be deleted from incoming box however they are saved in “All mails”.

※Please delete the spams and the mails with virus.

1. Please log in to new KUMail(Gmail).

2. Please check the unnecessary mails(You can choose groups of mails).

3. If you click "Archive” button, they will be deleted from incoming tray and their conditions will be “archive”.

If you click "Delete” button, they will be deleted from incoming box and will be moving to “trash” instead.

※ Mails in “trash” will be deleted automatically in 30 days time.
